TATTOO LAW

D ue to a common misconception it is illegal to acquire a tattoo under the age of 18 y.o. and any tattooist performing these tattoos are liable to prosecution under the Tattooing of Minors Act 1969 as listed in the link below:

We will not tattoo anyone under the age of 18 even with parents permission and if you look under 21 you will be asked for photo id.

If a studio will tattoo you under 18 then they are breaking the law and you should ask yourself what other laws or hygiene regulations they are willing to break!!!
